Hi Kelly! Have you tried Pamela’s Gluten free Pancake and Baking Mix? It’s our absolute favorite! It makes delicious pancakes and amazing chocolate chip cookies. You can get it a PCC. 🙂
Thanks for the reminder! We love that mix and we’ll now try it for cookies! So glad you like the blog…I really love doing it! Hope you continue to follow me and share it with others that might like it!
PCC also has gluten free muffins that taste like the real thing. Zucchini is my favorite. . Have you tried Amy’s gluten free Mac and Cheese? It’s great too.
Amy, thanks for sharing. We have to watch nuts and dairy also so I’m not sure about those products, but thank you so much for yourinformation for others!
Good info. My son is allergic to dairy, but a lot of the stuff I’m finding for him to eat is also gluten free. This list is helpful. Thanks for sharing.
@Oster’s Mom-so glad that this list is helpful! I know how challenging it can be when your child has a food allergy or intolerance. Blessings to you and yours!
Elana amsterdams blog and recipie books have been a life saver for us and our very picky gluten free son. The chocolate chip scones with almond flour are fantastic . She is also good about lowering the glycemic index. Which is a n issue for us as sugar highs and lows are a trigger for my sons meltdowns
Knickknick’s pizza crusts (frozen) and Udi’s Chocolate muffins are my daughter’s favorites. Staples for her! And we have found Tinkyada pastas to be really good–definitely her preferred brand!

We are BIG fans of the Udi’s muffins and the cinnamon rolls! I haven’t heard of the other items but I will check them out!
Thanks for the visit 🙂
